Top Cow is trying out a new way to market its graphic novels - by releasing a couple of chapters free on the internet. The first chapter of Proximity Effect is available online now with a second chapter due to be released in a month - a similar concept to the monthly comic book, except that it's free. Then, a month later, the whole project will be launched as a standard graphic novel.
