Luba: Three Daughters

Gilbert Hernandez continues his inter-generational epic from the pages of Love & Rockets with Three Daughters. Luba and her two sisters (Fritzi and Petra) are the core focus of this third volume in the trilogy that follows Palomar, though despite their shared genetics, the trio could hardly be more different. Hernandez combines the pace of a soap opera with his incredible story-telling powers and cast of unusual characters, to create a stunning story of family and sisterhood. As with anything Gilbert Hernandez has created in his illustrious comics career, this is simply not to be missed.
