The fourth and final volume in Grant Morrison’s tale of seven superheroes comes to its conclusion in this book. Collecting together the last episodes of the remaining monthly comics – featuring Frankenstein, Mister Miracle and Bulleteer – and the second of the bookending comics, this is certainly the book you’ve been waiting for if you’ve been collecting the rest of the series. Tantalisingly, the blurb on the back cover also tells us that “before the dust settles, one of the soldiers will die!” Oh well. As long as there’s six left.
