Simon Furman continues his decades-long rule of the Transformers comic roost with the Transformers Adventures series – small format books containing six episodic adventures based on the characters from the recent movie. Designed to appeal to young fans, this will still have some appeal to those older readers who maintain a certain devoted link to the comics and cartoons of their youth, and can get a kick out of the fact that, a generation later, it’s still the same guy that writes them.
